SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is always on us! We offer free shipping within USA on all orders.
For order processing and fulfillment, please allow 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available.
Please note, for product launches, restocks, holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 3-4 business days for order processing due to our high volume.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 15 days return policy for a full refund or exchange, excluding original shipping costs
Returned items must have our tag attached, show no signs of wear, be in their original condition, and include a copy of the sales receipt.
However, please note that certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, including:
- Custom Orders
- Special Orders
- items not typically stocked but ordered upon request
- Sale/Discounted Items
- Used or Worn Items
- Any stock item customized or altered at the customer's request (e.g., resizing, engraving)
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to finalize the refund posting. Additionally, please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
All returns must be approved in writing. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@gleamgreen.com to request a Return Authorization number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
