SHIPPING POLICY

We accept online orders and ship within the United States only.

We provide full insurance for all packages and ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping rates within the United States are as follows:

GROUND SHIPPING: (FOR ORDERS UNDER $2000 ONLY) $0 Please allow 3-5 business days.

2 DAY AIR/PRIORITY: Shipping costs $20 with signature confirmation

NEXT-DAY AIR: COST $35 WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.

Orders placed by 1:00PM CST Monday through Thursday will be delivered on the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 1:00PM CST will be delivered Monday unless Saturday delivery is chosen.
SATURDAY DELIVERY/NEXT DAY AIR: $50 WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.

RETURN POLICY

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 15 days return policy for a full refund or exchange, excluding original shipping costs

Returned items must have our tag attached, show no signs of wear, be in their original condition, and include a copy of the sales receipt.

However, please note that certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, including:

  • Custom Orders
  • Special Orders
  • items not typically stocked but ordered upon request
  • Sale/Discounted Items
  • Used or Worn Items
  • Any stock item customized or altered at the customer's request (e.g., resizing, engraving)
  • Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to finalize the refund posting. Additionally, please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

    All returns must be approved in writing. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@gleamgreen.com to request a Return Authorization number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    Gleam Green offers a 60 days warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding wear and tear and the center stone.

    Examples of manufacturing defects that result in broken rings can include:

  • 💎 Stones that are loose even though they are set in a recently made ring
  • 💍 Newly-made rings that are deformed, bent or dented
  • 😲 Rings that are crooked
  • 🥇 Rings that were made with an incorrect material.
  • Our warranty does not cover rings that were broken due to regular wear and tear which can include:

  • 🧴 Discoloration due to exposure of chemicals
  • 💍 Deterioration of prongs and precious metals as a result of wear
  • 💎 Bent, caught, or worn-out prong (s) that have resulted in a loose or lost stone thanks to daily wear and tear
  • 💎 Chipped or broken stones
  • COMPLIMENTARY CARE PLAN?

    Our complimentary care plan offers free resizing, polishing, and prong tightening for 60 days for engagement rings where the center stone was purchased through us at list price, as well as for other pieces.

    Additionally, we include a complimentary care kit with every purchase, ensuring your precious pieces maintain their luster and brilliance for years to come.

    Insured shipping labels are provided for convenience, with shipping costs ranging from $20 to $100 each way depending on the ring's value. Please note that our complimentary care plan is currently available for US orders only.
