Our custom jewelry starts at $2,000 and is priced considering a blend of materials, labor, and the centerpiece stone. While we waive design fees, we require the centerpiece stone to be acquired through us. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate heirlooms or stones from other online retailers at this time. While we design various jewelry types, our most competitive pricing is for diamond and gemstone-forward pieces.

Quality takes time! Our collection styles usually ship around three weeks after ordering, with regular updates along the way. You'll also receive a final address confirmation email before shipping.F or custom designs or intricate pieces, we recommend allowing 5-6 weeks for design and creation. Remember, the wait is worth it for something truly special!

ready to start? When you are ready: Book a consultation to discuss your ring design. We recommend beginning this process about five weeks before your desired delivery date.

Collaborate via email: Work closely with your designer using reference photos and sketches.

Easy stone selection: Your designer will offer a selection of stones based on your preferences and budget, including diamonds and gemstones.

Order placement and 3D model creation: After placing your order, we'll create a 3D model for your approval.

Ring production: Once approved, we'll craft your ring with meticulous attention to detail, taking about three weeks.

Each Gleam Green ring comes with two rounds of free minor revisions, allowing adjustments such as band thickness, setting height, and side stone size, without a complete CAD model overhaul. For a complete change of mind requiring a new CAD model, subsequent models cost $350. This includes the new ring design, a second fit sample, and two more rounds of revisions. Please note, this fee is nonrefundable and cannot be applied toward the final ring purchase.

We recommend discussing your concerns with your designer and going with the design you feel most confident about—chances are, you'll love it.If you're still not satisfied, don't worry. Two rounds of minor revisions are included free of charge. And if you still aren't happy, you can always decide to purchase the second model at a later time.

Unfortunately, CAD deposits are non-refundable and can only be used as credit for the specific ring they were designed for.
